Position: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution to successful completion.

Requirements:

15–20 years of experience in the construction industry.
Preferred age: 40–50 years.
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and site management.
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficient in project scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects within timelines and budgets.
Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from inception to handover.
Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and MIS.
Resolve project issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Manage resources, contracts, and client communications effectively.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) preferred.
