Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in civil construction projects, project execution and billing. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall project operations, ensuring timely execution, monitoring project costs and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day execution of civil construction projects.
• Plan project activities, schedules, manpower and resources.
• Handle project billing, including client billing, contractor billing and subcontractor bills.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, RA Bills, measurement sheets and quantity calculations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and clients.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material consumption, labour productivity and project costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Handle project documentation and maintain proper records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10–11 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong experience in both project execution and billing is mandatory.
• Knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, quantity surveying and rate analysis.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience in contractor and vendor management.
• Good project planning, coordination and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with proven experience independently handling civil construction project execution, billing, site management and project coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
