Job Title: Project Manager - CEO Office About the Role: We are seeking a highly independent, organized and strategic Project Manager - CEO Office to drive high-impact business initiatives and own cross-functional projects. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage complex projects, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure alignment with the company s vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have an execution-first attitude, strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Strategic Execution Formulate, own and drive strategic projects, ensuring timely & high-quality execution and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to track, manage, and report project progress. Analyse data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, proactively resolve them and move things ahead. Navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with diplomacy, structured decision-making and minimal involvement of the CEO. Stakeholder & Communication Management Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment. Institutionalize structured reporting cadences focusing on impact and value creation for each of the business units. Ensure follow-ups on key initiatives, tracking deliverables and deadlines with relevant teams. Represent the CEO in meetings when required, documenting key takeaways and action points, and summarize them for the CEO. Build trust and strong relationships across teams, ensuring alignment without direct authority. Business Operations & Process Optimization Identify & drive implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies across key business functions. Coordinate and support leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategy sessions. Implement tools, frameworks, and processes to drive operational excellence and efficiency. Ensure that all critical action items and strategic initiatives are tracked and executed on time. Assist in driving data-driven decision-making through research, competitive analysis, and insights. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, constantly striving for operational efficiency. Calendar & Time Management Strategically manage the CEO s calendar, prioritizing high-impact meetings and tasks. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring optimal time utilization. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to maintain efficiency. Align meeting agendas with business priorities, ensuring productive discussions. Key Competencies & Skills Required: Confidentiality - Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business matters. Execution-First Attitude - Possess a sense of urgency and accountability & prioritize action over everything else. Self-Starter & Problem-Solving Mindset - Be proactive & possess the ability to work with less supervision. Ability to go deep into complex problems. Project Management Expertise - Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects efficiently. Business Acumen - Understanding of IT product-based business operations and strategy. Strong Communication Skills - Ability to interact effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Analytical & Data-Driven - Skilled in using data to drive strategic decisions and process improvements. Attention to Detail -Ability to switch context & handle multiple tasks with precision and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or strategy roles . Experience in a tech or IT product-based company is preferred. Strong proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, etc.). Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite . Experience working as a generalist with CEOs or senior leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
