Project Manager - CATI

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (office-based) Work mode: 100% on-site | No remote or hybrid Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: Negotiable, based on last drawn CTC, relevant experience and interview assessment Shift: Night shift / business requirements (timings to be confirmed during screening) Experience: 2+ years of relevant CATI project management experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CATI market research projects, from setup and pilot to fieldwork closure and delivery.
• Coordinate CATI interviewers, supervisors, vendors and internal operations teams to meet targets.
• Track quotas, productivity, response rates, quality metrics, timelines and project budgets.
• Oversee questionnaire programming coordination, sample management, call disposition and daily reporting.
• Conduct quality checks, resolve fieldwork escalations and communicate project updates to clients.

Required Skills / Profile

• Hands-on CATI project execution and team coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C research, fieldwork operations, quotas and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting and client communication.
