Team Manager (TM): Up to 15 LPA

Senior Delivery Manager (SDM): Up to 20.45 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards are met.

Lead multiple projects and workstreams, coordinating business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.

Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, financial tracking, and delivery execution.

Manage project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and senior management presentations.

Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.

Manage Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track sprint progress, deliverables, and blockers.

Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools for tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Coordinate UAT, implementation planning, deployment, go-live readiness, and project closure.

Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and delivery excellence.
