Project Manager – AI & Full-Stack Development

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager– AI & Full-Stack Development with 10–12 years of experience to lead technology projects, manage development teams, and drive the successful delivery of AI-powered and full-stack applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering through deployment and delivery.
• Manage and mentor developers, ensuring effective collaboration, productivity, and timely delivery.
• Oversee project timelines, priorities, resources, deliverables, and client requirements.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance across full-stack development and AI/ML initiatives.
• Drive the development and integration of AI-powered and Generative AI applications.
• Identify and resolve technical, project, and delivery-related challenges.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Practical experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, or AI-driven applications.
• Proven experience in project ownership and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing developers, project timelines, priorities, and client requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, Workflow Automation, or Voice AI.
• Experience with Azure, GitHub, and modern cloud technologies.
• Experience leading end-to-end product development and technology projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

Role : Project Manager – AI & Full-Stack Development

Location : Hyderabad

Package : ₹15 LPA – ₹20 LPA

Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
