Project Management Executive

About the Profile:

Project Management Executives will be handling language related projects spanning different countries, customers and services. As a member of the PM Team, you will coordinate projects from companies and brands from across the globe.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Would be responsible for handling end-to-end projects related to translation, transcription, interpretation, Voice Overs, Lip-sync Dubbing, Audio description, subtitling etc.
• Determine project scope with Account Managers (or clients).
• Planning the project by understanding the scope, determining the resource and developing the project schedule.
• Executing the project according to the project plan/timelines/schedules
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors & maintain excellent relationships with translators and proofreaders globally.
• Managing complex projects for corporate and public sector clients ensuring quality & on time delivery and in budget.
• Ensure Quality Standards of project are met.
• Maintaining records as required and adhering to ISO procedure and requirements.
• Troubleshooting and analyzing root cause in order to initiate improvements.
• Learning and working with basic tools i.e., CAT tools, Google Tools, Subtitling tools, Adobe Premier pro, Audacity, Adobe auditions for effective execution of projects.
• Working on short-term or long-term initiatives assigned by the Mentor or Manager.

Skills/ Attributes:

• Very good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in any foreign/Indian regional language will be an added advantage.
• Desire to work with new and innovative technology.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel and Word
• Must be a self-starter and thrive on accepting responsibility and challenges
• Ready for flexible shift timing

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduation

Working Days: 5 days + Alternate Saturdays

Experience: 0-1 Years (Fresher can apply)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
