Project Leader – Information Security (Endpoint Lead)

Job Description:

• Responsible for defining, implementing & managing the organization’s endpoint protection and data protection strategy.
• Lead the design, deployment and operation of enterprise Endpoint security solutions, including Anti – Virus solution, anti – malware, Ransomware protection and endpoint hardening.
• Manage & enhance data loss prevention (DLP) programs across endpoints, email, cloud applications, web channels & collaboration platforms.
• Develop data classification, labelling and information protection strategies to safeguard sensitive and regulated data.
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents, conduct threat hunting, coordinate containment and remediation activities.
• Lead the deployment, administration and optimization of End point protection (EPP), EDR & XDR solutions across the enterprise.
• Define and implement endpoint security standards, hardening baselines and security controls for Windows, Linux and mac OS systems.
• Monitor endpoint security posture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage endpoint security policies, agent health, configuration compliance and platform upgrades.
• Design, implement and manage enterprise DLP controls across endpoints, email, web cloud and collaboration platforms.
• Develop and maintain data classification, labelling and information protection policies.
• Monitor, investigate and respond to DLP incidents and data leakage events.
• Ensure protection of sensitive, confidential and regulated information.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as RBI Cyber Security Guidelines, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI – DSS and data privacy regulations.
