Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Head to lead and manage our Skill Development Project under DDUGKY. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project management, skill development initiatives, team leadership, government project implementation, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall implementation of the DDUGKY project.
• Ensure achievement of project targets, including mobilization, training, assessment, certification, and placement.
• Monitor day-to-day project operations and ensure smooth functioning of training centres.
• Coordinate with government departments, State Skill Development Missions, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and guide project teams, trainers, mobilization staff, and placement teams.
• Ensure compliance with DDUGKY guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, MIS reporting, documentation, and fund utilization.
• Develop strategies to improve training quality, placement outcomes, and overall project performance.
• Conduct regular reviews and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
• 7–15 years of relevant experience in Skill Development Projects.
• Prior experience in managing DDUGKY projects will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of government-funded skill development schemes.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of project operations, MIS, compliance, and placement management.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and achieve project targets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
