Job Description:

Mithila Softech is looking for an experienced Project & Financial Systems Manager to handle project operations, financial reporting, grant management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Maintain financial records, budgets, and reports.
• Handle grant documentation, approvals, and compliance.
• Prepare Excel reports and dashboards.
• Maintain project documents using SharePoint.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely reporting and project completion.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Project Pro, Sage Intacct, and Fluxx.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SharePoint.
• Strong financial reporting, coordination, and organizational skills.
