Position Title: Project Executive Real Estate Development Location: Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Executive to oversee the end-to-end execution of real estate projects, including plotted developments, commercial, and residential projects. The role involves managing land acquisition, coordinating with local authorities, supervising contractors, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Key Responsibilities: Oversee civil works for plotted developments, commercial, and residential projects. Manage land acquisition processes for new land parcels. Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits. Supervise contractors to ensure work meets quality standards. Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress for multiple ongoing projects. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports. Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and potential investors to facilitate project completion. Ensure all projects comply with safety and environmental regulations. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records. Analyze market trends and assist in strategic planning for new developments. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in real estate development, including plotted, commercial, and residential projects. Proven expertise in managing land acquisition processes. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of legal aspects related to real estate projects. Required Skills: Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects within timelines and budgets. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in civil engineering concepts, building codes, and construction methodologies.
