Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong technical background in Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of mechanical processes, automotive components, project planning, execution, and coordination between different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor ongoing manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Design and Engineering departments.
• Monitor project execution and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Understand mechanical drawings, specifications, BOMs and technical documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for project-related requirements.
• Track project progress, identify delays and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
• Prepare MIS reports and update management on project status.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and automotive components manufacturing.
• Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project management tools.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per hour
