About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, smart, and confident Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and tracking projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams, manage resources, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate tasks between different teams and departments.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Support budget tracking and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Facilitate team meetings, resolve conflicts, and enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a technical role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
