Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Experience: 0–2 years (freshers encouraged) Website: www.soilecoculture.com At SoilEcoculture, we believe that architecture must regenerate, not just accommodate. We’re a design and research-led practice working at the intersection of ecology, culture, and construction. If you think bamboo, bioswales, and building crafts belong in the same sentence, you’ll feel right at home with us. We're looking for a Project Architect who can balance vision with detail, and materiality with landscape. Someone who’s equally excited to sketch in the mud and draw precise sections. What you'll do: Lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept to execution Work on eco-sensitive site planning , natural building , and water systems integration Collaborate with landscape architects, craftspeople, and community stakeholders Prepare detailed drawings, permit sets, and on-site documentation Contribute to the research and design language that defines our practice You're a great fit if you: Have 0–2 years of experience in design-led architecture firms Are fluent in AutoCAD , SketchUp , Adobe Suite (GIS is a bonus) Know how to translate ecological principles into architectural detail Have a working understanding of MEP , landscape integration , and site services Are not afraid of getting your hands dirty on site Love working in a collaborative, iterative, and interdisciplinary studio using AI Workflow and Advanced simulation techniques. Bonus Points: Experience with natural materials , bamboo , lime , mud , or earth construction A background in urban design, permaculture , or environmental planning Experience coordinating across multiple project typologies: from farm stays to cultural centres Compensation is competitive with industry standards.
