Project Architect

Role’s Overview

· Overseeing the planning, design, and execution of large number of construction projects.

· Collaborate with engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the client's specifications.

Job Description

· Manage and oversee the entire project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedules.

· Engage with clients to understand their requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.

· Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

· Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects.

· Review and approve project drawings and designs.

· Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.

· Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed about the progress of the project.

· Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

· At least 0-2 years of experience in project architecture, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.

· Strong leadership and management skills.

· Excellent Presentation, Communication and Interpersonal skills.

· In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Reports to – Principal Architect

Location: Sector-3, HSR layout

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
