Support the accounting and bookkeeping team with daily financial operations. Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and documentation. Assist in BAS, IAS, payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and other compliance tasks. Liaise with clients professionally to collect information, clarify queries, and provide timely updates. Coordinate with internal team members to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines. Maintain organised filing systems (digital & physical) and ensure confidentiality of client data. Assist in quality checks before finalising work for client delivery. Support management with reporting, workflow tracking, and administrative tasks. Uphold Progressive Financial Groups service standards and contribute to continuous process improvement.
