Program Advisors

Role: Program Advisor - EdTech

Location: Remote. Working days: 6 days a week Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2C EdTech inside sales Uncapped incentives. Must be fluent in English. Delhi NCR based candidates will be preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Call assigned inbound leads, build instant rapport, and uncover their personal aspirations, mindset blocks, and life goals.
• Run deeply consultative conversations that offer clarity and perspective, positioning our certification program as the roadmap for self-mastery and career growth to close spot enrollments.
• Follow up consistently with warm leads and webinar attendees to overcome hesitations and meet/exceed weekly and monthly targets.
• Maintain strict CRM hygiene and MIS updates (dispositions, detailed profiling notes, and pipeline stages in real time).

Who we're looking for

• 1+ year in B2C EdTech inside sales or academic counseling with a consistent track record of hitting targets.
• High emotional quotient (EQ), active listening skills, and the confidence to guide prospects through meaningful, life-clarity conversations toward closing.
• Strong affinity for human behavior, psychology, personal transformation, or counseling.

• Interest, knowledge, or background in Vedic astrology, ancient wisdom, life coaching, or related disciplines will be strongly preferred.

• Process-driven with solid CRM, dialing, and pipeline management discipline.
• BYOD- Own laptop, smartphone, and stable high-speed internet. Immediate joiners preferred.
