Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer Instrumentation role located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communication with customers, conducting sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities Manage sales activities for industrial instrumentation products such as pressure gauges, temperature gauges, flow meters, sensors, transducers, transmitters, control valves, and automation sales. Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and building relationships with them. Provide technical support to customers on product selection and application guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and performance metrics. Skills Required: 1.A strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems is needed. 2.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. 3.Strong negotiation skills with customers are a key requirement.
