Mission of the Role The objective of this position is to deliver the ProfitCoach Experience (owning the outcome, ease of doing business, and extraordinary service) to ProfitCoach clients through quality assurance reviews, client relationship and account management that delivers accurate, timely, and efficient full-service accounting, while also maintaining an awareness of the unique needs and profit-growing/stewardship opportunities of each individual client. Job Purpose The purpose of the Corporate Accounting Specialist is to assist in any activities related to monthly financial reviews, bank feed updates, payroll recording, client communications, and periodic client accounting clean-up. Requirements Job Duties and Responsibilities: Processing Bank Feeds: The Corporate Accounting Specialist will assist in coding all transactions from each bank or credit card account in the client bank feeds according to the written processes. This is the primary responsibility of this role, and it is anticipated that this role will service around 25+ clients once trained and at full capacity. The number of clients assigned depends on client size, number of transactions, and nuances associated with each client. The process entails: Review and match transactions Cross-check and review rules, making suggestions for recurring transactions Perform research to determine suggested coding Write or Record questions to present to clients Bank Account Reconciliations: The Corporate Accounting Specialist will assist with the end-of-month reconciliation process for each client account that they are assigned, which would be 25+ clients.
