Production Supervisor- VMC

Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving VMC machining operations, Machine Shop production & overall performance in shifts.

Key Role & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.
• Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
• Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.
• Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.
• Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.
• Responsible for plant 5S.

Qualification & Experience Required:-

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Machining(CNC/VMC).
• Experience handling aluminium automotive and non-automotive die-casting components machining and problem-solving.
• Experience with various VMC Machine brands.
• Exposure to siemens and Fanuc control systems.
• Independently able to change setups and offsets.
• Basic knowledge of CNC VMC programming.
