  • CAPA documentation
  • ISO documentation
  • Employs skill matrix
  • Attending other internal meetings
  • Monitoring adherence to the testing process
  • Team leading & mentoring
  • Continuous improvement
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadline
  • Able to manage working relationships
  • Ability to work flexibly, use own initiative and be part of team
