Production Manager

1) To abide the company rules and regulations.2) To meet the daily production plan by effective utilization of the resources.3) To issue job card for operations in the unit-3.4) To manage and control over all production to meet the day to day production target.5) To allocate job for the production personnel and ensuring the planned quantity is achieved.6) To ensure overall performance of the processes available in house.7) To conduct daily morning and evening meetings to review the previous day’s performance and follow up for pending actions if any.8) To monitor and measure the skill of the operators and initiate & conduct the training for suitable action to improve the skill.9) Responsible for providing suitable environment for work and report management for needs.10) To analyze the daily in house rejection, identify corrective action and follow up to achieve the result against the target on rejection.11) To manage consumables and tools required for daily production in the unit-3.12) To continually improve the production process in terms of Productivity, quality, resources and safety of the operating personnel.13) To report worker’s performance to HR.14) Responsible for on-time delivery of product.15) To submit daily and weekly production report to GM.16) To plan for production and controlling the activities to ensure the customer requirements are met.17) Maintaining the records of the stock in unit, store management, Incoming RM Measurement, GRN Passing on same day & submit report to Director.18) Projects handling as and when required.19) Coordinate with other units for raw materials supply and support.20) Maintenance of the entire plant and FG Clearance. 21) Provide training to all employees based on the skills.22) Order V/S Manpower information to be shared on daily basis.23) To take care of security, Attendance, Manpower, Machinery Maintenance, Billing, Dispatch and camera functionality.24) To submit documents to the HR department related to trainings, skill matrix & other as and when required25) To report to Operation Head on day to day activities & to Directors as per requirements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
