Production Manager (Jeweler Industry)

Position: Production Manager
Experience: 8+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the complete jewellery production process.
• Plan daily production and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Coordinate with CAD, Order, Production, QC, and other departments.
• Monitor production quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
• Allocate work to production teams and monitor their performance.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure minimum wastage and efficient use of materials.
• Maintain production records and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure work is completed as per company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Manage manpower and ensure smooth day-to-day production operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
