Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager EV Battery Pack Repair to oversee daily production and repair operations for electric vehicle battery packs. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, production planning, repair output, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The successful candidate must have strong technical knowledge of lithium-ion battery pack repair, refurbishment, testing, and reassembly, together with proven leadership skills to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily EV battery pack repair and refurbishment activities.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production targets based on available manpower, capacity, and repair requirements.
• Monitor production output, repair turnaround time, work-in-progress (WIP), and completion schedules.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, tools, and workstations according to production priorities.
• Supervise battery pack inspection, dismantling, fault diagnosis, module replacement, component repair, reassembly, and functional testing.
• Ensure technicians follow approved repair procedures, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Monitor the repair of battery modules, battery management systems (BMS), busbars, connectors, wiring harnesses, cooling systems, and other components, as applicable.
• Coordinate technical troubleshooting for complex battery pack failures and recurring repair issues
• Lead and supervise Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, Battery Repair Technicians, and supporting personnel.
• Monitor production output, labor productivity, repair cost, and resource utilization.
• Improve production capacity and reduce unnecessary waiting time, rework, and operational waste.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Minimum

  58 years of experience

  in production, manufacturing, battery operations, or repair and refurbishment.
• At least

  2–3 years of experience in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership position.

• Experience in production planning, manpower management, capacity planning, and productivity improvement.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, high-voltage battery handling, and standard operating procedures.

Proficiency in Excel, production reporting, and performance analysis
