Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with strong, hands-on experience in Soundbar / Audio Electronics Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production operations, production planning, quality, productivity, manpower management, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production operations for soundbars and audio electronic products.
Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Manage production lines, manpower, machines, materials, and capacity.
Monitor OEE, line efficiency, cycle time, rejection, rework, and productivity.
Ensure quality standards, SOPs, work instructions, and process controls.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with PPC, Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, NPD, and Maintenance.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
Train and guide production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
Support NPI/NPD, new product launches, and production line readiness.
Troubleshoot assembly and manufacturing issues with technical teams.
Drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and optimum resource utilization.
Maintain production MIS, rejection, downtime, and other operational reports.
Ensure workplace safety and on-time delivery without compromising quality.
Mandatory Requirements:
8–12 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience.
Hands-on experience in Soundbar Manufacturing / Audio Electronics is mandatory.
Experience in electronic assembly lines, audio product testing, and inspection.
Strong knowledge of production planning, shop-floor management, and manpower handling.
Experience in quality control, process improvement, troubleshooting, and NPD/NPI.
Knowledge of OEE, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
Important: Candidates without relevant hands-on Soundbar / Audio Electronics manufacturing experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
