Job Description

About the Role

Rax Tech International is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead our electronics and electrical manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in electronics and electrical manufacturing.
  • Expertise in production planning, material management and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to take complete ownership of factory operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end production and factory operations.
  • Handle PCB assembly, electronic product assembly, wiring and electrical panel assembly.
  • Drive production planning, execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage manpower, materials, inventory and production efficiency.
  • Implement SOPs, KPIs, quality standards and process improvements.
  • Reduce production costs, defects and material wastage.
  • Lead production teams and ensure operational excellence.
