Production Manager - Designer Wear

Ritika Malhotra is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day garment production at its Naraina studio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily work of tailors and stitching staff.
• Oversee production schedules and ensure timely completion of customer orders.
• Conduct quality checks for stitching, fitting, measurements and finishing.
• Coordinate with fabric and material vendors.
• Handle purchasing and procurement of fabrics, accessories and other materials.
• Maintain fabric inventory and production records.
• Monitor tailor productivity and manage work allocation.
• Coordinate production requirements with the retail store.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the production studio.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in garment production or boutique operations.
• Experience managing tailors and production teams.
• Knowledge of Indian ethnic wear, designer clothing and garment construction.
• Good understanding of fabrics, stitching and quality control.
• Experience in vendor management and material procurement.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage production operations.

Preferred: Candidates with previous experience in designer boutiques, ethnic-wear brands or garment manufacturing units.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
