Profile Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage end-to-end factory production operations in the interior manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring quality standards, optimizing productivity, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Planning, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch. The role requires strong team management skills to handle a large workforce and drive operational excellence while meeting delivery timelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete production operations and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
• Lead and handle a large production workforce, including supervisors, operators, and contract employees.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time completion of orders.
• Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and process efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and factory compliance requirements.
• Analyze production performance and prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve output and efficiency.
• Monitor manpower utilization and ensure optimum resource allocation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
• Maintain discipline, employee engagement, and team performance within the production department.
• Work closely with AGM/GM to achieve organizational production and business goals.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Operations, preferably in the Interior, Furniture, Modular Manufacturing, Woodworking, or Related Manufacturing Industry.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
