Role & responsibilities 1) Should be able to identify automation requirements, workflow changes and improve the quality. 2) Experience spanning 8-13 years within the publishing field with end to end process. 3) Should be able to analyze and come up with valid queries. 4) Should be able to troubleshoot and guide. 5) Should be able to troubleshoot and guide. 6) Should be proficient with all the application files 7) Should be able to provide solution to all the challenges during production. 8) Ability to coordinate tasks actively and adhere to timelines 9) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices related to InDesign, Automation and process. 10) Familiarity with publishing standards and best practices. 11) Effective communication and collaboration skills. 12) Identify and resolve issues related to template creation and pagination. Preferred candidate profile 1) Any Graduate and willing to work from Vellore Branch 2) Experience spanning 8-13 years within the publishing field with end to end process. 3) Oversee the entire typesetting and production process from manuscript to final product. Manage deadlines and workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects. Coordinate with editorial, design, and printing teams. 4) Expert in understanding the requirements, and be able to provide solution. 5) Lead a team of typesetters, graphic designers, and layout artists. Provide guidance and feedback to ensure consistency and quality. Handle staff scheduling and workload distribution. 6) Ensure that the team is proficient with the necessary software and that technology is up-to-date. 7) Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to understand the client's requirements, specifications and special instructions 8) Manage production budgets, ensuring costs stay within allocated limits. Allocate resources (e.g., personnel, software, materials) to ensure efficient production. 9) Troubleshoot production issues such as formatting errors, technical challenges, or printing delays. 10) Implement solutions that do not compromise quality or deadlines.
