Contact: 7548827913 Location:Coimbatore Experience - Minimum 6 - 10 years in the production 1. Check for man power status with executives. Plan, guide and allot man power based on the executive’s requirements within the FIRST HOUR of commencing production. 2. Collect forecast from executives for the day and forecast the same to Asst. Production Manager / Production Manager(Follow format). 3. Submit absentees list to HR department and collect reason for absenteeism. 4. Interact with executives constantly, cross verify hourly output, and identify innovative methods and advice executives accordingly to achieve the forecast. 5. Prepare production based information (Annexure) for meeting and present during production review meeting with APM. 6. Walk through the line constantly and interact with executives of both quality and production and give solutions for problems. 7. To watch out for any excess wastages allowed by operators in folding/elastic operation and control the same through executives. 8.Track production plan on daily basis, report deviations if any to APM and take further actions as per APM advice for improvement.
