Production Engineer

Job Description

Required Male candidate based in Mumbai Job Title : Production Engineer Roles and Responsibilities Regularly update the production orders on SAP Accurately maintain product item requirements on both SAP and excel Co-ordinate with relevant teams to provide packing lists, labels, pick lists, codes etc. Prepare bills for the fabricators Co-ordinate with the Purchase team to procure necessary inventory Maintain production related sheets Ensure products are delivered on time as per sales orders and promptly address any related issues. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering only. Proven 1 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering, preferably in the elevator industry or a similar manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Project management experience and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles are often preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to elevator manufacturing is a plus.
