Job Title: Product Trainer – Dental Division
Conduct product training sessions for internal sales teams, dental clinics, and partners.
I. Deliver in-depth training on dental products, including features, benefits, usage, and troubleshooting.
II. Develop and update training materials, manuals, videos, and presentations.
III. Coordinate with the marketing and product development teams for new product launches.
IV. Provide field support and assist in live demos and workshops.
V. Train new joiners and ensure continued product knowledge improvement across the team.
VI. Gather feedback from trainees and adjust content/methodology as needed.
