Product Trainee (Tipwood)

Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing or any relevant field preferred)

Job Objective

To develop a thorough understanding of Tipwood products, applications, technical specifications and installation methods, and support the sales team in promoting Tipwood among architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learn the complete Tipwood product range, features, benefits and technical specifications.

2. Understand product applications, including:

- Exterior cladding and façades

- Louvers and screens

- Pergolas and decking

- Fencing and outdoor furniture

- Architectural and landscaping applications.

3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for architects, dealers and customers.

4. Assist the sales team in generating new business enquiries.

5. Visit architects, interior designers, builders and dealer showrooms.

6. Explain product advantages over natural wood, WPC and other alternative materials.

7. Understand installation procedures and coordinate with installation teams.

8. Maintain customer databases and follow up on enquiries.

9. Support exhibitions, architect meets, dealer meets and product demonstrations.

10. Prepare daily activity reports and weekly sales updates.

Skills Required

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Willingness to learn technical product details.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and digital tools.

* Confidence in interacting with architects and customers.

* Willingness to travel for client visits.

* Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
