Product Test Engineer - L3

Role Overview: As a Test Engineer at Wipro Limited, your role is to perform manual and automated tests to ensure that the product created meets client expectations and quality standards. You will collaborate with the development team and test leads to understand client inputs, develop test plans, execute test cases, document test results, log defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities: - Perform testing of product software based on given requirements and specifications - Develop a complete understanding of product functionality and requirements - Collaborate with the development team and test leads to comprehend client inputs - Create a product-wide test plan and get it reviewed by the product and development team - Develop and execute test cases/scenarios to test the accuracy and stability of software applications - Document test results according to standards - Understand and utilize tools for test reporting, test management, and test automation - Properly log defects and ensure testing is conducted as per the test plans - Responsible for Installation Testing, System Testing, Performance Testing, and UAT Testing - Ensure all defects are resolved and signed off within defined timelines - Support risk mitigation plans in case of anticipated delays - Monitor test progress and identify potential delays in achieving the schedule - Present timely testing status to stakeholders and managers Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skill: Product Test Automation - Experience: 3-5 Years Additional Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions to address clients" most complex digital transformation needs.
