Product Owner AI/Gen AI Solutions (Life Sciences)

As a Product Owner for AI/Gen AI products in the Life Sciences portfolio, your role will involve leading the vision, development, and delivery of scalable AI solutions for various business challenges across R&D, Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial Operations in the US and European markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and articulating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/Gen AI offerings in Life Sciences. - Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify innovation opportunities. - Collaborating with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to align product strategy with client needs and business growth. - Engaging with Life Sciences clients to understand domain-specific challenges and requirements. - Translating business needs into detailed product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Prioritizing backlog based on business value, feasibility, compliance (FDA, EMA), and strategic fit. - Serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering/data science teams. - Leading agile ceremonies and ensuring clarity of product vision and sprint goals. - Monitoring development progress, resolving blockers, and managing risks proactively. - Communicating product plans, updates, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. - Building strong relationships across client and internal teams to foster alignment and collaboration. - Staying current with AI/Gen AI technologies and their Life Sciences applications. - Developing domain expertise in drug discovery, clinical development, pharmacovigilance, regulatory submissions, and commercialization. - Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations in product design. - Partnering with marketing, sales, and training teams for successful product launches. - Defining and tracking KPIs, analyzing usage data, and driving continuous product improvement. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or MBA preferred. - Experience: 5+ years in product management, with 2-3 years focused on AI/ML products. Experience with Generative AI technologies strongly preferred. Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharma is a plus. Agile/Scrum development experience required. - Technical Skills: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle. Familiarity with tools like Python, R, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform. Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, self-driven, and organized. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.,
