Product Marketing Consultant

Certinal is an enterprise SaaS company offering digital signature, consent management, and compliance solutions. We help organizations digitize critical workflows, improve operational efficiency, and build trust through secure, compliant digital experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Consultant to strengthen our go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and work closely with our Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to accelerate market adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Positioning & Messaging

• Develop differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging for Certinal's product portfolio.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes for enterprise buyers.
• Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and industry-specific messaging.

2. Go-to-Market Strategy

• Develop GTM strategies for new products, features, markets, and customer segments.
• Identify growth opportunities across healthcare, enterprise eSignature, and consent management solutions.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and account-based marketing strategies.

3. Sales Enablement & Content

• Create high-impact sales collateral, pitch decks, product presentations, battlecards, case studies, and one-pagers.
• Develop compelling website messaging, product pages, email sequences, and campaign content.
• Equip sales teams with effective narratives, competitive insights, and objection-handling frameworks.

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer segmentation.
• Identify competitive differentiators, industry trends, and emerging customer requirements.
• Develop actionable recommendations to strengthen product positioning and market penetration.

5. Demand Generation Support

• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to align campaigns with product messaging and ICPs.
• Support webinars, thought leadership initiatives, industry events, and outbound campaigns.
• Continuously refine messaging based on customer feedback, campaign performance, and sales insights.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or related roles within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience developing product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software buying journeys and sales cycles.
• Proven ability to create high-quality sales and marketing collateral.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare IT, Digital Health, eSignature, Data Privacy, or Compliance SaaS.
• Experience marketing enterprise software to Indian and US markets.
• Prior experience consulting for early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing, competitive positioning, and product-led growth strategies.
