Role Description

The Product Manager at XGDS will lead the development and optimization of delivery and logistics products from concept to launch, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals. This full-time, on-site role in Kochi involves collaborating with operations, technology, sales, and customer support teams to define product requirements, prioritize feature roadmaps, and oversee implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user and market feedback, translating insights into clear product specifications, monitoring product performance metrics, and coordinating release plans. The Product Manager will also manage stakeholder communication, prepare product documentation, and drive continuous improvement for existing services and new offerings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product management or a closely related role within logistics, technology, or service-based industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback into product improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver against timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with basic product tools and methodologies (e.g., roadmapping, requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations is highly beneficial.
