We're hiring a Product Manager - Platform based in Gurgaon to help build cutting-edge trading tools, optimize onboarding processes, and enhance user experience. As the Product Manager - Platform, you will work on the following initiatives and more:

Trading Platform & Product Development

• Support the roadmap for advanced trading products, helping ensure high-speed trade execution and a seamless user experience.



• Work closely with engineers to build scalable, low-latency trading solutions, including order management and execution systems.



• Contribute to improving algorithmic trading capabilities, risk management tools, and smart order routing.

Onboarding Optimization

• Help enhance user onboarding workflows, reducing friction while maintaining security.



• Partner with teams to streamline onboarding processes while improving user experience.



• Support optimization of identity verification, automated approvals, and authentication mechanisms.

Trading Tools, Salesforce & Chatbot Enhancements

• Help develop custom trading dashboards, market insights, and execution analytics tools.



• Contribute to charting features, order types, and portfolio tracking for traders.


• Work on Salesforce integrations to improve customer relationship management and automate workflows.


• Support chatbot enhancements to optimize customer support and user engagement.



• Help leverage AI-driven insights to improve trade recommendations and user interaction.

Data-Driven Product Enhancements

• Analyze market trends, user behavior, and platform performance to inform product decisions.



• Run A/B tests, gather trader feedback, and iterate on key platform features.



• Track KPIs such as onboarding completion rates, trade execution speed, and retention.

Compliance, Security & Risk Management

• Help ensure the platform complies with global regulatory standards and trading compliance.



• Collaborate with security teams to protect user data and transactions.



• Work with legal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, data, compliance, and UX teams to drive execution.



• Engage with traders, institutional clients, and liquidity providers to help refine product offerings.



• Collaborate with marketing teams to support adoption and user growth.

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management.




• Prior experience with trading platforms, fintech, or financial services is preferred.

• Ability to work through ambiguity, navigate challenges, and drive projects to completion.
