The Integrated Services Software Team is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the development, enhancement, and extension of our Fleet Management platform. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining strategy and where we go, and driving the delivery of innovative features to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Bachelor’s degree in engineering in fields like computer science, electronics or similar. 5 years of Product Management experience 3+ years’ experience directly working with technical teams (engineers) Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments and deliver with minimal supervision. Strong cross-functional relationship building and communication skills. Even better, you may have… Experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across various functions (like engineering, UX/UI, sales, etc.) and organizational levels, including in matrixed structures. Proven ability to translate product vision into actionable engineering/technical requirements and workflows, driving the development of technical products (such as large-scale systems or consumer mobile applications). Familiarity with fleet management, connected vehicle services, or cloud technologies. A customer-centric mindset coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and passionate about fostering inclusion. What you'll do… Manage the technical implementation of Fleet Management products. Drive the lifecycle of a product from ideation, using user research, to launch and land success metrics, and continue iterating on the product to improve your user’s journey. Obsess over areas of the user experience and pain points. Write compelling Technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Partner closely with Product, User Experience (UX), and other cross functional teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to your user
