Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our broking business products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, broking operations, and product management best practices. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring our broking platforms and services meet market demands, regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional user value. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of collaborating with various cross-functional teams to drive product success.
  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our broking platforms and associated services, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to identify new opportunities and product enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and iterate based on performance and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, compliance, and legal teams throughout the product development process.
  • Ensure all product features and functionalities adhere to relevant financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., SEBI, exchanges).
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, working with marketing and sales teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on broking business processes, including trading, order management, account opening, settlement, and risk management.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous innovation within the product team.
