What You’ll Do As a Product Manager , you'll own the roadmap and execution for products from 0 → 1, working directly with design, engineering, and leadership. You’ll be responsible for turning ambiguity into action and building things that actually move the needle. You’ll: Define product vision, scope, and goals in collaboration with leadership Break down large ideas into executable product plans and user stories Work closely with engineers and designers to ship high-quality features, fast Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly Own product metrics and drive decisions backed by data and intuition Translate vague business requirements into structured problem-solving Ensure stakeholder alignment while keeping user experience at the center What You Bring 2-4 years of product management or adjacent experience (design, growth, engineering, consulting) A sharp product sense - you understand users and love solving real problems Strong written and verbal communication; you're clear, concise, and persuasive Ability to work in high-speed, ambiguous environments and bring clarity to chaos Comfort with basic analytics, metrics tracking, and using data to prioritize Bonus: You’ve worked in a startup or 0 → 1 environment before Why AEOS?
