We are on a mission to help a million+ consumer brands with automated sales and user acquisition via omni channels (WhatsApp/Instagram/Email and SMS)

The role

You join the product team for six months and own a real slice of the dashboard: the AI Agents experience which provide support and marketing usecases. You will work with the product lead and AI developers on the module, and ship at least two things merchants use.

This is not a note-taking internship. By month 6 you will have written PRDs that were built, run customer calls, and moved a metric you can name.

What you will do

• Learn how our AI agents actually work (models, prompt assembly, RAG, fallback and handoff, evals) and keep a living map of gaps.
• Talk to merchants every week: calls, support tickets, session recordings. Turn what you hear into problems worth solving.
• Write PRDs (the why and what, not the how) for small, shippable improvements. Work with the dev and QA to get them out in a 2-week sprint.
• Build and maintain the library of prebuilt agents and the test set (eval cases) that tells us whether an agent change made things better or worse.
• Track the adoption and quality metrics for what you own, and report weekly.
• Prototype with AI tools (Claude, Cursor or similar) to test an idea before asking engineering to build it.
• Present your work at the end-of-sprint demo.

You are a good fit if

• You are a final-year student, recent graduate or career switcher with a technical or business background .
• You are curious about how LLMs behave and you have already built or tried something with them (a bot, a GPT, a prompt workflow, a small app). Show us.
• You think from first principles and ask "why" before "how".
• You like talking to users and can turn messy feedback into a clear problem statement.
• You are comfortable with numbers: basic SQL or spreadsheets, and reading a funnel.
• You write clearly. Your assignment or past writing shows it.

Nice to have

• Prior product, growth or support internship at a B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, Shopify or D2C marketing.
• Basic scripting (Python or JS).

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
