Product & Government Implementation Manager

About us

We build Shiv, a citizen-reporting and governance platform being rolled out with district police and government departments in Maharashtra. You will be the person who takes it from a working product to a district that uses it every day.

What you will do

- Lead district rollouts: SP office, control room, call centre, police stations, RTO, municipal bodies and field teams.

- Turn what officers need into clear requirements and tasks for the engineering team, and follow them through to release.

- Train officers and staff in Marathi, Hindi and English, and write simple guides.

- Handle government paperwork: proposals, MoUs, tenders, and access to systems such as e-Challan, VAHAN and CCTNS.

- Run user testing in the field and report results to the district and to our team.

What we look for

- Experience: 4+ years in product, implementation or project management, ideally with government, police or other public-sector clients.

- Fluent Marathi and English (Hindi is a plus), and clear writing.

- Willing to travel across Maharashtra.

Good to have

- E-governance projects (CCTNS, Dial 112, Smart City, command and control centres), GeM and government tenders.

Location and work mode

Mumbai first, then Pune, with district travel. Hybrid: office and work from home.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
