Role & Responsibilities - Own the Product Strategy and Roadmap for WGS NetOxygen Loan Origination System/Point of Sale System. - Demonstrate the ability to translate product strategy into a Product Roadmap, focusing on both innovation and compliance aspects. - Foster innovative ideas and develop unique selling points. - Serve as a representative of WGS and lead the product team. - Collaborate with Lenders, Analysts, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure the roadmap remains at the forefront of industry trends. - Provide mentorship to a team of product managers for detailed roadmap execution. - Be accountable for the Return on Investment (ROI) pertaining to product investments.
