Our technology supports tens of thousands of prescriptions every month across multiple healthcare organisations and brands.
This isn’t simply a role for making existing screens look better.
That includes:
• patient journeys;
• responsive web and mobile experiences;
• clinic software;
• pharmacy software;
• dashboards;
• forms;
• tables;
• administrative workflows;
• configuration interfaces;
• information-dense applications;
• customer-specific branded experiences.
You’ll need to think differently about a patient completing a simple journey on a phone and a professional user working inside complex software all day.
As a Product Designer, you’ll:
• design end-to-end user journeys and user flows;
• improve UX across existing software products;
• simplify complex workflows;
• create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI in Figma;
• design intuitive web application and mobile-responsive experiences;
• work on information architecture and interaction design;
• build and evolve reusable Figma components and design systems;
• create scalable UI patterns, components, variants and design tokens;
• design dashboards, forms, tables and information-dense SaaS interfaces;
• collaborate directly with Product and Engineering;
• work within existing React applications;
• use HTML/CSS and React knowledge to support or implement front-end design changes;
• review implemented features and maintain a high standard of UI quality;
• help create and maintain customer-specific themes and white-labelled experiences.
Our software is designed primarily for UK and international users.
That could mean working:
• for an international software company;
• for an Indian SaaS company serving international markets;
• on international B2B SaaS products;
• in product teams serving UK, European, US or other international customers.
You should have:
• practical HTML/CSS experience;
• experience designing real software products;
• strong UX fundamentals;
• experience with user journeys, user flows and interaction design;
• experience with responsive web application design;
• experience with Figma components and design systems;
• experience working closely with software engineers;
• a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or another relevant technical discipline;
• a strong Product Design portfolio.
We’d especially like to hear from Product Designers with experience in:
• SaaS;
• B2B SaaS;
• B2B2C products;
• enterprise software;
• healthcare technology;
• fintech;
• complex workflows;
• information-dense applications;
• configurable software;
• multi-tenant SaaS;
• white-label products;
• consumer and professional software;
• design systems.
You do not need experience in all of these areas.
We’re looking for somebody who thinks beyond individual screens. You should be interested in:
• why users behave the way they do;
• why a journey feels difficult;
• how information should be structured;
• how a complex workflow can feel simple;
• how components behave across an entire product;
• how a design will actually be implemented in software.
This is a full-time India role.
You’ll initially work remotely, with the role expected to move towards hybrid working from our Ahmedabad team hub in future.
You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering on software used by real healthcare organisations, operational teams and patients.
Free courses, interview questions and practice for each skill.
