Key

• Gather, analyse, and document business and customer requirements in the form of

  User Stories, BRDs/FRDs

• Support product roadmap planning and assist in

  feature

  prioritization

• Perform

  functional

  testing

  and

  validation

  of product features
• Conduct

  market

  research

  and

  competitive

  analysis

  to support product decisions
• Participate in

  customer

  discussions,

  demos,

  and

  solution

  walkthroughs

• Deliver

  product

  training

  and

  enablement

  sessions

  for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Implementation teams
• Create, review, and maintain

  product

  documentation

  including user guides, release notes, and product collateral
• Support

  product

  configuration

  and

  Proof

  of

  Concepts

  (POCs)

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve product outcomes

Required

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Arcon PAM (Privileged Access Management)

• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and functional documentation practices
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Ability to conduct market research and engage effectively with stakeholders
• Exposure to SaaS or enterprise software products is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in

  working with Arcon PAM (Privileged Access Management)
