About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can take complete ownership of all aspects of digital marketing and lead generation. This is not a task-taking role — it’s for someone who can design, execute, and optimize campaigns independently, with the confidence and capability to lead the department and drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Full Ownership of Digital Marketing : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Email, SEO, etc.). Lead Generation Mastery : Develop and implement ROI-focused strategies to consistently generate high-quality leads for the business. Content Strategy & Execution : Oversee creation of engaging content (ads, posts, landing pages, emailers, videos) aligned with brand voice and business goals. Performance Tracking & Optimization : Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and optimize campaigns for maximum results. Marketing Automation & Tools : Set up, manage, and optimize CRM, marketing automation tools, and lead nurturing workflows. Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital platforms to keep campaigns fresh and competitive. Team Leadership (Future Scope) : Build and manage a high-performance marketing team as the business scales. Requirements 3–6 years of proven, hands-on digital marketing experience with measurable results. Expertise in running successful ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other paid channels. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, retargeting , and content marketing . Proficiency in analytics & tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, etc.). Working knowledge of AI-based marketing tools for content creation, targeting, and optimization. Strong copywriting and creative direction skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently without supervision. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
