3. Centre Coordination & Supply Planning

· Partner with Centre Managers, Operations, Quality, Finance and central teams to understand demand, align priorities and fulfil requirements on time.

· Communicate procurement progress, pending approvals, expected delivery dates, delays and potential supply risks to relevant stakeholders.

· Monitor availability and consumption of critical supplies and support timely replenishment in coordination with centre teams.

· Maintain complete and accurate records of quotations, commercial evaluations, approvals, purchase orders, contracts and delivery documentation.

· Maintain procurement trackers, MIS reports and dashboards using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

· Monitor and report procurement status, savings, turnaround times, delivery performance and vendor service levels.

· Support procurement audits, SOP development, workflow improvements and standardisation initiatives across centres.

· Uphold transparency, confidentiality, accountability and ethical conduct in all procurement activities and vendor interactions.

· Strong hands-on expertise in vendor management, commercial negotiations, quotation analysis and purchase management.

· Practical experience procuring medical equipment and machines, in addition to medical consumables and laboratory supplies.

· Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and collaboration or task-management tools.
