Procurement & SCM Executive

Job Summary

Craftech 360 is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & SCM Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, inventory, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have good negotiation skills, strong follow-up capabilities, and the ability to ensure timely availability of materials for projects and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers.
• Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and project requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material and project requirements.
• Track orders, deliveries, and ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain vendor databases and procurement documentation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Coordinate logistics, dispatches, and material movement for events and projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Vendor Management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple procurement requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in event management, production, manufacturing, or project-based companies.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, stock management, and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
