Procurement Manager – EPC Projects

POSITION OVERVIEW

Sesola Power Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across the company's EPC portfolio spanning Solar and Transmission projects. The role requires strong EPC domain exposure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment and services for EPC projects (Solar and Transmission), including vendor identification, RFQ issuance, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiation and purchase order finalization.Develop and maintain a qualified vendor, supplier and contractor base for key EPC categories — transformers, conductors, towers/structures, switchgear, cables, solar modules and inverters, civil contractors and erection sub-contractors — across both solar and transmission scopes.

Conduct techno-commercial evaluation of vendor and sub-contractor quotations, ensuring cost optimization while meeting technical specifications and project schedules.

Negotiate commercial terms, delivery schedules and contract conditions with vendors, suppliers and contractors for awarded EPC projects.

Track and manage post-award procurement activities including purchase order issuance, delivery follow-up and vendor performance monitoring in coordination with the project execution team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

6–12 years of experience in procurement and/or tendering roles within the EPC sector, with mandatory hands-on experience in Solar and/or Transmission EPC projects

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of vendor contract finalization and cost optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Based full-time at the Hyderabad office, with occasional travel for vendor and project coordination as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
